Roberts Advisory Group is a boutique strategic advisory firm working with founders, executives, and growth companies across business strategy, operations, market entry, capital readiness, AI strategy, and international business.

We are deliberately small. The model is built around direct engagement — not the delivery of frameworks by teams of analysts. Every engagement is hands-on, focused, and led by the founding partner.

We work with a focused number of clients at any one time, which allows us to give each engagement the attention it deserves.

Joel Roberts is the founder of Roberts Advisory Group and of AIRA, an applied-AI research and systems company. He has spent more than a decade building and advising technology ventures across Korea, the Gulf, and international markets.

His advisory work spans AI strategy, Web3, market entry across Korean and Asian markets, business model structuring, and capital formation for early-to-growth stage companies — grounded in operating experience, as a founder rather than an observer.

He advises founders and leadership teams directly, one client at a time, and focuses on moving from strategic discussion to practical action.
