If there is fit, you receive a private space prepared for you: the firm’s profile, relevant thinking, and the materials for what we are weighing together.
A defined engagement — or a bespoke mandate
For focused work, a defined engagement with a fixed shape and fee. For a board, a government, or a company at an inflection point, a mandate drawn for your situation alone.
The work begins
Terms are set, the first priorities are agreed together, and senior counsel stays in the room throughout.
The firm does not publish rates. What an engagement costs is a function of the mandate and the value at stake, and it is discussed with you directly.
